Free delivery on all Australian orders over $100. For orders under $100, a flat tracked-shipping rate is calculated at checkout. We ship Australia-wide with tracking on every order.
In-stock orders are typically dispatched within 1-2 business days. Once your order ships, you'll receive tracking details by email so you can follow it to your door.
Delivery timeframes depend on your location and the carrier's current network conditions. Metro areas are usually quickest; regional and remote deliveries can take longer. If your order is time-sensitive, contact us before ordering and we'll do our best to help.
Unused products in their original, undamaged packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery. To start a return, contact us with your order number and we'll guide you through it. Return postage for change-of-mind returns is the customer's responsibility.

Our products are covered against manufacturing faults. If something arrives damaged or develops a fault, contact us with your order number and a photo and we'll sort out a replacement or refund. Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
